POSITIONS: Project Manager, General Foreman, Remodeling Foreman, Specialized Trade Formean.

At ekologe, following directions is very important. To submit an application:

general foreman

Oversees all new construction, including additions, garage conversions, accessory dwelling units (ADU), and general, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling as required. Will work the project manager and office to ensure timing and budget is met for multi-trade projects. Keep job tidy, communicate promptly with project manager, and ensure that job is completed as contracted.

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years in licensed construction supervision with references.

  • Must pass written and on-site tests during the interview period.

  • Proficiency in implementing engineering & architectural plans.

  • Four-year degree or masters from an accredited university within the construction or engineering concentrations strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Bi-lingual a plus.

trade foreman

Oversees specialized trades (ie: HVAC, roofing, solar). Each foreman manages his or her own crew. Specialized trade foreman will report both to the project manager, and for multi-trade jobs, the general or remodeling foreman. Communicates fully with staff to ensure good customer experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years experience in special trade with references.

  • Must pass written and on-site tests during the interview period.

  • Familiarity with local suppliers a must.

  • Masters degree, college degree, and/or bilingual a plus.

project manager

The first contact between the company and the client. Completes all required paperwork with the client. Schedules all foreman to job sites and administers the ekologe safety program to all related trades, maintains log of all on-site activities, arranges for temporary facilities/utilities as needed, and completes quality control checks throughout the job culminating in a final walk-through with client.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in project management with references. Must have active HIS license.

  • Must pass written and on-site tests during the interview period.

  • Must be able to effectively and eloquently communicate to clients, foreman, and office.

  • Four-year degree or masters from an accredited university within the construction or engineering concentrations strongly preferred. High school diploma required. Bi-lingual a plus.
